Some of the best Mexican food I have ever ate. They make the best salsa I have ever had in a Mexican restaurant, I don't even like others salsa anymore. The atmosphere is wonderful and all the servers are awesome. The owner is very kind and generous always giving out stuff like hat and jackets with Rancho logo. I got a very nice jacket.. love this place it is like home away from home.. Karaoke every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Great place to just come and relax and sing and eat great food.

Our first visit here was not disappointing. We ordered a lot to get a total experience. The presentation of food was enticing. The taste was very good. I ate food out of my comfort zone but enjoyed it. Happy hour margaritas hit the spot on price and taste. You must try their special salsas. We will come back to visit.
You know how most Mexican chain restaurants all taste the same like they just order all their stuff from Sysco? Not here. Family atmosphere. Next level flavor. This is the only place I've raved about to my friends and brought them to see for themselves. Salsa made fresh daily and it shows. On weekends they do karaoke in Spanish so if that's your thing, great. If not, either come earlier in the day or have another beer and see if the singing sounds any better.
We went on karaoke night, Saturday. So the entertainment was interesting. I had the Enchiladas Poblanas, my wife had the Carne Asada, another in our party had the Enchiladas Verdes and another in our party had the Chicken Mole. Everyone, except my wife, was happy with their meals. The Carne Asada way WAY overcooked and tough. Also, it wasn't seasoned very well. It came home to the dog. The Mole was supposed to be "very spicy". It was not. I was told it had really good flavor but it was not spicy. It was all eaten. The Chicken Enchiladas Verdes were also said to be really good. The Verde sauce had a little heat to it, which was appreciated. My Enchiladas Poblana was very good. I had one chicken and 2 carne asada. The Poblana sauce had great flavor and was not spicy at all, unfortunately. The chicken and the carne asada were both very good in the enchiladas. We all had Margaritas and they were quite tasty. I can recommend giving Rancho Cantina a try. They have a huge menu and the prices are very reasonable.
This restaurant has never disappointed me. The service, the food and the atmosphere will turn a bad day into a good one. Peek hours are busy here so if you find yourself here during a busy time make sure you are not in a big hurry. The little bit of added waiting time for a table and the kitchen WILL BE worth it. Whatever you order, I suggest getting a tamale a la carte. Even if you don't eat it right away they are great for taking home as a snack for later. My favorite dish is the carnitas in red salsa. It's a bit on the spicy side so be warned I have tried multiple dishes here and have enjoyed them all. This is one of the very few restaurants I will order a burrito at because burritos almost anywhere else are underwhelming, but not here. This place is a must try for everyone.
